Congress Timetable, Hall Layout and List of Dealers
The 90th Congress will be held by the Association of Scottish Philatelic Societies in Perth during the 12th and 13th April where Largs & District Stamp Club will be the hosts for the two days, and Robert Watt will preside as President.
A full national exhibition will be held in Perth to coincide with the Scottish Congress for the first time since 2012, and we expect to have at least 120 frames. Exhibits can be entered in all classes recognised by the ABPS and all exhibitors from the UK and abroad are welcome to apply.
The design commemorates James Watt (1736 - 1819), born in Greenock, the inventor of the document copier.
The front features William Fife Jnr (1857 - 1944), and the yacht Latifa. The family firm operated from a shipyard initially on the beach at Fairlie. Durinmg his life he designed over 600 yachts.

On Friday night the Tom Rielly display will be given by Jean Osborne, a member of Falkirk & District Philatelic Society.
